This policy summarizes how disclosure data is handled.

Data you provide

We process the disclosure content you submit, including form inputs, signatory details, and any optional email address you provide for reprint delivery. We also process issuance metadata needed to create, deliver, and reprint a disclosure.

Use of data

Data is used to assemble draft disclosures, issue paid disclosures, deliver PDFs, support reprint access, operate the service, respond to support or feedback requests, and maintain basic operational integrity. We do not sell disclosure content.

Operational service providers

The service uses third-party providers for infrastructure functions such as payment processing, email delivery, analytics, and software dependencies. Those providers may process limited data as necessary to perform their role.

Analytics

The site may use analytics tooling to measure traffic and site usage. Analytics data is used to understand site performance and improve the service.

Retention relationship

Data retention depends on whether the content is a temporary draft, an issued disclosure, or a support submission. Retention expectations are described separately on the retention page.

Access and deletion

You may request deletion or operational assistance where applicable, but some records may need to be retained for service integrity, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or to reflect the point-in-time nature of an issued record. Requests can be submitted through the site contact path.

No claim of confidentiality beyond normal operations

The service is designed to handle disclosure content as operational service data. Do not submit information you are unwilling to store or transmit through the service environment.
