PD logo Provenance Disclosure

These terms describe how the disclosure service operates and the limits of what it provides.

Service scope

The service assembles provenance disclosures from user-provided statements. Depending on the selected tier, the service either provides an unissued draft PDF or issues an immutable disclosure record with a timestamp, document identifier, hash, and reprint link.

Free and paid outputs

The free tier provides a self-declared draft PDF only. It is not an issued record and does not include a timestamp, issued identifier, reprint access, or retention.

The paid tier provides an issued disclosure record and a limited reprint window for the issued PDF.

Fees and refunds

Paid disclosures are charged at the price shown at checkout. Because the paid service creates and delivers an issued record immediately after successful completion, fees are generally not refundable once issuance has occurred, except where required by law or where the service fails to deliver the purchased output.

User responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and lawfulness of the information you submit. You are also responsible for deciding whether the disclosure is appropriate for your use case and for retaining any copies or links you need for your records.

No verification

The service does not verify, certify, or validate any statement in the disclosure.

Issuance and reprints

Issued disclosures are point-in-time records. Reprints reproduce the issued record and do not alter its substance. Under the current offering, issued PDF reprint access is available for 30 days from issuance unless a different access policy is stated at purchase time.

After the reprint window expires, the issued content may no longer be accessible through the original link. If continued access is required, contact support or create a new disclosure as appropriate for your use case.

Support and service changes

Questions about the service may be submitted through the contact or feedback path provided on the site. We may revise, suspend, or discontinue features, pricing, retention periods, or access policies prospectively.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to submit unlawful content, interfere with platform operations, attempt unauthorized access, or misrepresent the nature of the issued record.

Disclaimer of legal conclusions

The service helps document user-declared process information. It does not determine compliance, copyright status, regulatory sufficiency, or legal effect in any jurisdiction.

Governing law and venue

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, disputes relating to the service will be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and handled in the appropriate courts located in California.
